We at Hale realize the customer experience starts with the first phone call and does not end until delivery has been made and the product installed to everyone’s expectations. Understanding service is paramount to our success; we have initiated customer service protocol:
• Antiquated phone answering… a real live person will answer our phones (unless all circuits are busy)
• Quoting is fast, professional and complete
• Shop drawings, floor plans, elevations and renderings are available for any project.
• Timelines are created for each project. If benchmarks are not met and time cannot be made-up the customer will be notified.
• Shipping arrangements for projects will be made prior to product leaving our docks, alleviating surprises at the receiving end.
• Shipments are compete, well marked and with instructions (if required) with an eye for ease of off loading and installing.
• Our team is available after the shipment for install questions, damage issues or for follow up requirements.
• Factory representatives are available for on site assistance.
